Have you guys ever heard of Justin’s Nut Butter? I first heard about them a few years ago when Starbucks carried their little packets of Almond Butter but now they are in full force! I can find their products in Wal-Mart or Target (and much cheaper than in Whole Foods). I am so excited because their stuff is the bomb-diggitty!
What I currently have in my pantry (please excuse the stock photos, I’m too damn tired to set up a photo shoot):
For all you Nutella fans out there:
Check out the ingredients of Justin’s vs. Nutella
Justin’s: dry roasted hazelnuts, organic evaporated cane sugar, organic cocoa, organic cocoa butter, organic palm fruit oil, natural vanilla, sea salt.
Nutella’s: sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk, reduced minerals whey (milk), lecithin as emulsifier (soy), vanillin: an artificial flavor.
OH WHAT’S THAT YOU SAY?? Sugar as your FIRST ingredient Nutella?? Yeah… I like Justin’s better anyway. It’s heartier and doesn’t taste like I’m cheating on my diet (as in, healthy eating habits, not restrictive eating).
Here’s another Foodie’s opinion on the competition. (Hint- she sides with me!)
I eat this stuff right out of the jar or if I’m working, I open a packet and eat it plain. That’s right, it’s just that good. I’ll stop trying to convince you now. Just go buy some.
On a personal note… I am exhausted. Like beyond tired, emotionally and physically. I’ve been cleaning, clearing, purging, donating, and erranding (new word?) the hell out of myself for the past few days. I want to take a day off but I can’t. Not until Friday when I will finally see my sweet hubs.
Heart MRI appointment tomorrow to make sure I don’t have any scar tissue or disease that is causing my heart palpitations. I’m also meeting up with this super cook chick who is hooking me up with something I am EXTREMELY EXCITED about! I can’t wait to tell you guys more in the coming days. I also have to go by City Hall to cancel our water… we all know how long bureaucracy takes.
Wednesday the movers arrive at 8am. Kimberly is taking the boys off my hands and I know they’ll have a much better time with her all day. They love her. 🙂 Who knows how long that will take, but I’m assuming I’ll be in the company of movers until at least 4 or 5pm.
Thursday I have to clean, clean, clean! I’m attacking the bathrooms tomorrow night but the kitchen appliances and other common areas can’t really be deep cleaned until everything is out of the way. Then I’ll leave for Great Lakes whenever I pack up the car and think it’s satisfactory for us to get our deposit back.
Friday the carpet cleaners should arrive at 8am but I won’t be there! I’ll be on the road, driving until I hit Great Lakes! Words cannot express how excited I am about being with Ryan again. Suffice it to say that I’m pretty pumped.
On that note, I will be taking a short blogging break during this relocation. Most likely tomorrow will be my last post until sometime over the weekend or even Monday because honestly, I’m going to be soaking up all the time I can with him and NOT playing on the interweb (no offense my dear readers).
I’m off to bed because 7am comes early and I have to commute into the hospital in downtown Nashville during rush hour- the horror!

Other than my shameless plug for Amazon affiliate links, I was not paid or compensated in any way for my reviews or extremely positive opinions in this post. I just love to share my love for really great stuff with the people in my life. There’s so much crap out there (most of it being shit, poor quality, overpriced, etc) so when I come across something I feel is worth my hard-earned money, I want to pass it along to as many people as I can. Feel the love, my friends.
